To envision a future free from divisions, we must acknowledge the interconnectedness of all life, embracing it without narrow-minded ideologies. My artwork embodies liberation and unity. Three figures of different races merge gracefully into a harmonious unity in this artwork. Each figure represents a distinct region and embodies the cultural heritage and wisdom of their respective people. The central figure in this artwork symbolizes the transition into maturity. The firmly rooted feet represent the foundation upon which this new phase of life is built. The figure's wings symbolize the energy and passion of youth. As she delicately holds the red thread of life, she releases what no longer serves her freedom, embracing autonomy over her life and shaping her destiny. She has reached a state of maturity where she can discern what truly matters and live accordingly. This artwork reminds us to embrace diversity and recognize the worth of every individual.

Kateryna Goncharova is a Ukrainian artist, currently residing in Armenia. Initially, she obtained a degree in design and architecture but her passion for art led her to pursue a career as an artist. Her work revolves around important social and philosophical issues such as war, emigration, issues faced by women in a patriarchal society, etc. She also loves creating figurative artworks dedicated to human diversity, inclusivity, and inner strength. Her pieces depict people of all genders, ages, races, and social statuses. Now Kateryna is interested in working in mixed media and huge formats - approximately human height. It seems to her that we, as humanity, now live in a historical time and must think and act broadly.
