Mansur was educated as an artist-decorator at the Art Institute No. 1 in Andijan, Uzbekistan. In 1999, Mansur Boybekov moved with his family to the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent. Then he continued to draw. At that time, Mansur painted mostly realistic landscapes for sale among acquaintances and friends. Mansur turned to abstract painting in 2018.
