An ancient force rises from the depths, making you feel almost omnipotent. In my youth, I often organized hiking in the mountains. We sometimes stayed there for several weeks. In everyday life, this feeling of infinite power that flows from within does not appear for some reason, although it is very necessary. At such moments I remember the mountains and again I feel this power in myself. A sense of confidence is very helpful in dealing with everyday difficulties and stress.
