Well, am I sometimes exaggerating, painting such things as wild pink roses? Yes, I do. Pink roses scream romance, love. Pink roses are cliché. And? So what? People in love don't care about clichés. Instead, they enjoy whispering sweet nothings into the ears of beloved one. Tomislav Ivanišin was born in Dubrovnik in 1942. He is actively engaged in painting and is a member of the Dubrovnik Croatian Association of Visual Artists. He has exhibited at numerous exhibitions, solo and collective, in Croatia. He lives and works in Dubrovnik and at Drače, Pelješac Peninsula.
