“Tenosynovitis”, 2019, watercolour on paper, 29.7×21 cm. I just run away from the pain. I am at the Oylat Thermal Hotel in Bursa. It’s hot inside cold outside. I am looking for way to get rid of this pain. I can focus on my pain deeply because my mother is here. She is taking care for me so that’s helping me to live my pain. Seha Nur Karatas

Seha Karatas was born in Istanbul and lives in London. She graduated fr om Kocaeli University Fine Arts School as a ceramist. After she moved to London she started to working on Japanese style illustrations, watercolour and oil paintings. Time is the most important thing for her and she loves to be a recorder.
