Description of the Artwork “Episode 14: PERPETUAL MOTION”

Automatic translation

This painting by Vadim Ponomarenko invites us to the mythical world of the planet NIBIRU, where the essence of perpetual motion is personified in abstract shapes and colors. The work explores the theme of the suppression of free energy and the possibility of humanity to find pure and endless sources of power. Combining bright and expressive elements, the artist questions the boundaries between myth and reality, inviting the viewer to think about the potential of inaccessible technologies and the mystery of the Universe.

About the artist

Vadim Ponomarenko (Vadisİst) is a contemporary Russian artist. Vadim was born in 1968, in the Saratov region. In 1983 he graduated with honors from the Mineralovodsk Art School. I dreamed of becoming an architect, but life decreed otherwise, and Vadim received an economic education. Despite the daily workload, Vadim always gravitated towards creativity and continued to improve his artistic skills by attending the department of additional art education at the Moscow Art School at the Russian Academy of Arts and the Saratov Art School named after A.P. Bogolyubov. Vadim studied the properties of oil and acrylic, was engaged in wood painting and illustration. In 2022, having moved to Turkey, Vadim made drawing his main activity. Now Vadim creates most of his works in the graphic avant-garde style and in the sketching style. In graphics, he is attracted by the conciseness and clarity of lines, strokes, and geometrically verified intersection of planes. Sketching allows you to capture and capture a moment, convey its atmosphere and mood. Vadim's works are based on historical and mythological subjects, as well as on impressions from visiting architectural monuments and theatrical performances.
