A collision of color and emotion: black anchors like deep thought, red pulses with passion and unrest, and yellow cuts through as fleeting clarity. White offers a reflective pause, while blue drifts calmly, echoing quiet contemplation. This is no literal mirror, but a layered, shifting reflection of feeling—captured in chromatic tension.

I am a Melbourne-based abstract digital artist. My work is an exploration of abstraction through the versatile medium of digital art. Using digital tools, I engage deeply with color, form, and composition to create layered, non-representational pieces that go beyond straightforward depiction. The digital canvas offers a unique balance between precision and spontaneity, allowing me to play with both control and unexpected moments. I’m fascinated by how texture, light, and brushwork can come together digitally to evoke emotion and invite viewers to find their own meaning. Abstraction, for me, is a way to express ideas and feelings that words often can’t capture. Through this process, I embrace the freedom that digital technology provides to push creative boundaries. My goal is to open a dialogue between the artwork, myself, and the viewer—celebrating abstraction as a living, evolving language of visual expression https://www.instagram.com/mike.bertoli.752.
