Bernard Jageneau Born in Antwerp ( Belgium), 1957 Mainly autodidact. Apart from his piano studies at the “Conservatoire Royale de Musique de Bruxelles”, he participated to some workshops at the école du Louvre in Paris, la scuola di pittura in Rome, and at the Museo di Capodimonte in Napoli, especially in restoring ancient oil paintings and tempera paintings. His paintings are made of traditional oil and tempera technique, with sometimes a surrealistic character, colours who might remember of the Italian renaissance and his admiration for Salvador Dali. 1992 he moved to Switzerland and since 2017 he lives in Gozo (Malta).
