Description of the Artwork “Scarlet Sails”
The painting Scarlet Sail depicts the sea coast with a beach of white sand, on which several red palm trees grow. The painting was painted in an expressionistic style and reflects the mood of the artist at that moment. There is a peeling effect on the canvas. This is achieved thanks to the author’s technique of creating this masterpiece.
