Galyna Bayda is an artist and designer from Ukraine. Born in Mariupol, a port city on the shores of the Sea of Azov. .............................................................................She loved to draw and create with her hands from an early age, then she studied at an art school. She received a technical education at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and before devoting her time to interior design and painting, she worked as a manager in the construction business. ............................................................................. The value of creativity in her life grew over the years, and it became obvious that she was out of place. Therefore, she returns to her inner self now, this is her personal search for harmony, her way to discover and rethink her abilities, she learns to be more courageous and opened. ............................................................................. Her work focuses on color and on the ability of color to influence mood. She mainly works with acrylics on canvas, sometimes using a mixed technique, adding texture and pastel. ............................................................................. She has many inspirers of creativity: the main thing is nature, and especially the mountains. She loves to travel, take photos, accumulate impressions and then fill the landscape with her memories and emotions. She is fond of psychology and its practical appliance, the desire for inner balance also reflected in her work. Most often, the creation of a new work begins with the color mood and colors in general, states of the artist or nature, which she wants to see on the canvas, and only then the idea got visualized. And everything develops as a child, grows up and evolves. An artwork changes, take on unexpected features, new tones appear, and she accepts this evolution and these changes like a part of the creative process. ............................................................................. Galyna is grateful for your interest in her work!
