Just like wildflowers; You must allow yourself to grow in all the places people thought you never would. This is a representation of woman who can survive and adapt in a place where she lives, not only physically but also mentally.
I'm a self-taught artist and now lived and work in Pekalongan, Central Java, Indonesia. I've been interested with art and started to paint since I was young. Even In the beginning, I started to learn many kind of arts in various media, then finally I decided to focus on painting. For me, Art is self-discovery, as I realize that everything is a process, everything has got its end, yet not everything can clearly defined beginning. It is a way to know and express myself, a visual note of what I have experienced and learned and it's also become a bridge to communicate my thoughts and feelings to the audiences. My work depicts about social issues but in particular it’s about Psychology that fascinates me very much, so I do believe every individual is carrying something on their back, more or less. Some certain past hunting us, or maybe the thought of future triggers our anxiety, but there is hope for absolute freedom over our existence and essence.
