The limited edition of etchings (engravings) from Roman Pisarev a professional illustrator, the famous artist of London and Petersburg. In slavic mythology, Vodyanoy is a male water spirit. Vodyanoy has a fish's tail and look like as a naked old man whit beard. When angered, the vodyanoy breaks dams and drowns people and animals. He would drag down people to his underwater dwelling to serve him as slaves. Consequently, fishermen, sailors and peasants make a sacrifices or cheat to appease him.

Graduated from Saint Petersburg Art and Industry Academy. A member of «Royal Society of Portrait Painters», «British Medal Art Society» and «Association of Illustrations» (England), a member of the international exlibris association «Book Plate society» (London) and a member of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists (Russia).
