Rustamov Arsen Abrarovich (1947) Born November 29, 1947 at st. Juma of the Samarkand region (Uzbekistan). Since 1965 - he studied at the Moscow People's University of Arts. N.K.Krupskoy. Teacher - P.Gubarev. In 1974 - graduated from the Crimean Art College named. N.S. Samokisha. In 1980 he graduated from the Kiev State Art Institute (faculty of painting, monumental department). Teachers - N. Storozhenko, V. Chekanuk. Since 1980 - the artist-monumentalist of the Simferopol Artistic and Industrial Combine. Since 1981 - participant of regional, republican and international exhibitions. Since 1989 - member of the open airs in the Crimea. Since 1989 - member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. Lives and works in Simferopol. Works are in private collections in Ukraine and other countries. Since 2016 - Honored Artist of the Republic of Crimea
