We are pleased to inform you that we have completed a major update of our website! This is an important step for us in an effort to make your experience even more convenient and delightful. We have improved the mechanics, optimised the navigation and introduced new features that we are sure you will enjoy.

1️⃣ Start of sales!
From now on it is possible to buy artwork of artists directly on the website. Buy art in just a couple of clicks!

2️⃣ New delivery partner
Our new delivery partner is DHL Express. We are now shipping worldwide. If you are a seller you can have a courier delivered directly to your doorstep or you can personally have a parcel dispatched from any DHL branch.

3️⃣ Secure payments
Our partnership with the international payment system Stripe allows us to make the payment process as secure and convenient as possible. You have no need to worry about the security of your payment details — they are encrypted and not stored on our servers.

4️⃣ Social Media Promotion and Google Shopping
Popular creators can now be assured of sales: the best art is promoted on our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest pages, while promotion in the Google Shopping hub allows them to showcase contemporary art to buyers from around the world.

5️⃣ Even more support
Understanding the need for instant help, we have expanded our Help Centre with new sections and introduced a customer support team. You can always count on the most competent answers, whether by phone or email.

6️⃣ New website language versions
Apart from English, Russian and Ukrainian the website is now also available in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish and Portuguese.

7️⃣ Updating of the artworks
Keeping your art up-to-date and communicating with the authors are essential to selling your art successfully. Some of our sellers may be asked to update their contact information and bring their items up to date. We would appreciate every author who takes a moment to pay attention to their online gallery and update their details on the website.

8️⃣ Updating User Account
We have added several new sections in the User Account to help you keep track of your sales and balances.

🛠 Minor fixes and additions
We have fixed most of the existing bugs, making the website faster and more convenient.

🚫 We are temporarily suspending the sale of the Prints (due to refinements and improvements in functionality). We will inform you when we will reopen the sale of the Prints.

⏳ In addition, we are actively working on new features and will soon entertain you with new functionality.
