We take care that the process of acquiring art objects be as simple and convenient as possible. Below, you can get acquainted with the main issues on payment and delivery of artworks. Your feedback, questions and suggestions are very important to us, and we will be happy to hear them from you.

How can you pay for the work you like?

Payment is made electronically in several ways:

  • - by bank card Visa or MasterCard
  • - through the PayPal payment system

The Jose Art Gallery website is connected to the secure electronic payment system - 3D Secure, which provides maximum protection of your payments on the Internet.

How can you calculate the delivery cost?

The cost of delivery is calculated based on several parameters:

  • - the price of the object of art
  • - dimensions of the object
  • - the weight of the purchased item
  • - the place of departure and/or the origin of the work (indicated on the product page and the work page)

All costs of packaging, handling and insurance are included in the delivery cost.

To estimate the cost of delivery in your order, add the desired art object to the cart and enter the delivery place on the page of your cart. Please note, if the product is framed or requires special packaging (e.g. sculpture) because of its size, weight or materials, the delivery price of this art object may be higher compared to other products. Formation of the delivery price is carried out by the site automatically based on previously specified parameters, however, if you have any questions concerning formation of price, please contact us via online chat, hotline or by e-mail: support@joseartgallery.com

What logistics companies do you use?

Jose Art Gallery cooperates with logistics operators DHL, FedEx. Choosing the service for your purchase depends on the origin of the goods and the place of departure, as well as on the requirements for packaging and handling.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery time depends on the purchased product, its origin and place of delivery. Most orders are sent within 3-4 days from the moment of placing the order and are delivered within 10-14 business days. However, in some cases, the delivery of some art objects can be faster, compared with others, especially if the latter require special packaging.

The expected procession and shipment time for each art object is indicated in the customer's private office, on the details page in the "Orders" section. When your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number. You will be able to control the delivery of your order and see the estimated delivery date online, using the tracking number. If you order several art objects, each of them can be sent separately and each will have its own separate tracking number. We will notify you of the order details.

Can you offer expedited delivery?

Unfortunately, at present we can not guarantee the accelerated form of delivery of the acquired art object. However, if you need expedited delivery, we ask you to contact our sales department, and we will do our best to satisfy your request.

Is it possible to combine several purchases into one shipment in order to reduce the cost of delivery?
