NU ART Gallery, founded in 2008, regularly holds free art exhibitions to promote Ukrainian art. The collection of a well-known Kyiv collector and philanthropist became the basis for the formation of the gallery's collection and its exhibition activities. The gallery's extensive collection includes collections of works by prominent Ukrainian artists S. Shishko, A. Erdeli, A. Novakovsky, R. Selsky, M. Zhuk, V. Khrushch, V. Tsvetkova. A special place in the collection is occupied by Ukrainian and Russian icons of the 16th-20th centuries, numbering more than 200 original monuments of sacred painting, created in the best traditions of large art icon-painting centers and schools. The NU ART Gallery presents the work of artists from all regions of Ukraine, not focusing only on Kyiv, but striving to open to the audience the work of talented authors from all over our country. In particular, over the years of active exhibition activity, a number of exhibitions were held dedicated to domestic schools of painting: Artists of Slobozhanshchina (Kharkiv School of Painting, 2008), Artists of Crimea (2008), Transcarpathian School of Painting (2009), Lviv School of Painting (2009), Strange, but attractive (Odessa School of Painting, 2013), Kyiv Artists (2015). NU ART Gallery collaborates with contemporary Ukrainian artists, trying to emphasize the original intention of the authors who have been creating their works over the years. At the same time, special attention is paid to the personality of each painter, his tastes and passions. Since 2008, the NU ART Gallery has hosted solo exhibitions by N. Sokolov (2008), Y. Vintaev (2009), S. Charkin (2009, 2010, 2012, 2015), A. Stepanenko (2010), A. Sukhorukikh (2010) , A. Demidenko (2011), Yu. Sovinsky (2013), Yu. Vakulenko (2014), P. Lebedintsa (2015). NU ART Gallery has the exclusive right to represent the famous talented Ukrainian sculptor Kamil.
