Change password

To change your password, follow the tips below.

For the Jose Art Gallery website in a browser on a computer
  1. Click on the profile symbol in the upper right corner.
  2. Select “Account settings” from the drop-down menu.
  3. In the “Password” line, click “Edit”.
  4. Fill in the fields: “Current password” and “New password”.
  5. Click “Save”.
For the Jose Art Gallery website in a browser on a mobile device
  1. Click “Profile” in the lower right corner.
  2. In the upper right corner, click on the symbol.
  3. Select “Account settings” from the drop-down menu.
  4. In the “Password” line, click “Edit”.
  5. Fill in the fields: “Current password” and “New password”.
  6. Click “Save”.
Congratulations! Your password has been successfully changed!

An e-mail with a password change notification and a confirmation link will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account. After clicking on the confirmation link, your password will be changed.

IMPORTANT! If you received a notification about changing your password, but you did not take any action to change it, in no case do not click on the confirmation link in the letter.
