An unusual combination of rainy and sunny weather. Painting of a contemporary Ukrainian artist Nikolay Klyagin painted in oil on canvas.
Nikolay Klyagin was born on October 14, 1955 in Studenetsky Orel, Russia. He graduated fr om the Orel Art College (1971-1975), wh ere he studied with N. Rymshina, GI M. Nikiforov, A.Hramtsova, N. Kutsenko and others. Also he graduated from Kharkov Art and Industry Institute (1975-1980). His teachers were A.Kapshuk, B. Kolesnikov, E.Zherdzitsky, V.Sizikov, A.Scherbak. Between 1981 to 1985 he taught drawing and painting at the Kharkiv State Art School. He is a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine and now he is a teacher at the Kharkov Academy of Design and Arts.
