I remember Baikal as steel-gray, transparent, and very cozy. It has an almost sea surf with a special smell of freshwater, I have never heard this before. The painting was painted on Pastelmat pastel paper. I use professional pastels from Unison, Mount Vision, Schmincke, Sennelier, Rembrandt. A certificate of authenticity will be enclosed. Depending on your monitor settings, the colors may appear slightly different.
My name is Nadia Bedei, I am an artist. I have been painting all my life, a member of the National Pastel Society of Russia. I can't help but paint - painting is my life. I chose pastel, it is ideal for me: a combination of the tenderness of the material and the power of possibilities. I use only high-quality professional pigments and a foundation that allow my creations to last for centuries. I think that an artist's style develops and changes throughout life, depending on what or who we encounter. For me, at the moment, it was formed from observing the change of light and the plasticity of movements. I love the sea and mountains very much, there are many of them in my landscapes. At the same time, I like to portray the immediacy of animals or the characteristics of people.
