Why so often circles? This form amazes me with its content. Being a very beautiful form, at the same time the circle reflects many philosophical aspects: cyclicality, thriftiness, simplicity, striving for perfection, formation, development, extinction, decline depending on which of its points we are in. He is a projection of the sphere, as one of the fundamental forms of life. We all once were born as one spherical cell, like all living things. While drawing circles, I simultaneously hold all this in my head and at some point I feel the whole integral expression of this form. No wonder the Buddhist monks chose this form as the closest reflection of the Truth.
Painting for me is a method to discover reality. There is a great temptation to romanticize art too much, it is in everyday simplicity that the whole meaning of creativity and art is enclosed. In my works I try to understand the nature of everyday reality, to erase the boundary between art and life.
