On New Years and Christmas, you always expect some kind of miracle. It was the atmosphere of mysticism and fairy tales of the upcoming holiday that prompted to take up the brush. I hope to evoke the appropriate sensations in the viewer. Oil paints create rich colors. By applying paint in layers, you can achieve the effect of a realistic image, convey the beauty of a winter forest, an architectural structure, landscape details (river, bridge, trees).
