Description of the Artwork “Abstract and paint selfportrai”
Abstract and paint self-portrait incorporates elements of portraiture. It is filled with bold colors, and dynamic forms, creating a sense of movement and emotion. In the center of the composition, recognizable facial features can be discerned, but they are not a realistic representation of the artist. Rather, they serve as a symbol of his inner world, his thoughts, and feelings. From my project “Geometry of abstraction: form and figure”

Victoria Gladstein, Israel
Victoria Gladshten is a photographer from Israel, now based in Russia and makes her art work also in Cyprus and Finland. In her works she uses a combination of classical photography and collage to talk about living feelings, emotions. She became interested in photography since 2017. Of the many types of photography, Victoria settled on self-portrait. Through it she tries to show how external events affect the emotional background and how the body reacts to it, her knowledge of psychology helps in establishing cause and effect relationships.
