My name is Tabimory, after the cat from the French cartoon "Nocturna, the Magical Night." I was an architect, and for many years my life was dedicated to design, lines, and urban spaces. But when the crisis and war came, my path changed. I returned to the love I'd cherished since childhood: painting. My education included ten years of art school and architecture university, which helped me adapt, and now art is no longer just a hobby, but my main way of communicating with the world. Later, in Berdyansk, I studied with the artist Yuri Vasilyevich Zater, a teacher who knew how to instill a deep love of art in his students. His knowledge has stayed with me and still guides my brush. Now I paint with oil on canvas, primarily romanticism and classicism. I lived by the sea in Berdyansk, and this was my main source of inspiration. The sea was like a free therapist—its endless expanses can calm and heal. I try to capture these qualities of nature in my paintings. Life has changed. I had to move from the east to the south of Ukraine. Today, my studio is a small room, and my canvas fits on the kitchen table. I share this space with my curious cats, who constantly try to leave their mark on my work. Lately, I've been painting forests—the way sunlight filters through the leaves and falls on the ground. I believe that in the most difficult times, art should provide healing and comfort. Life is already too full of negativity, and I want you to feel peace and hope when looking at my paintings.
