Alena Kuznetsova is a professional multidisciplinary artist born in 1986 in Arkhangelsk. Lives and works in Kyiv, Ukraine. Participated in numerous Ukrainian and international projects, is an author of 15 solo shows, and has been exhibiting since 2009. Alena’s creative work includes painting (main media), graphics, video installation, ceramic sculpture, text art, and land art. She endeavours to find a fragile balance between humans and nature within transformations, femininity, and fragility. The artist explores decentralized communities and horizontal connections in the context of events taking place in Ukraine.
