Description of the Artwork “Triptych Hiroshima 45”
The work is dedicated to the tragedy of the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. In 1945, the US military dropped an atomic bomb, where more than 250,000 thousand people died. This can happen to the world today. My work is a cry of peace crying out to the peoples. Protect the Earth, which is a wonderful paradise given to people by the Great God. Today, the planet froze in alarm and at the point of no return, where the voice of the Lord sounds: "I love you." God calls on the peoples of the Earth to turn to Him in order to save the world, before His Second Coming and warns us of a great danger.
Vasiliy Melnik, Ukraine
Vasily Melnyk was born in Ukraine on January 5, 1954 in the Transcarpathian region from Malaya Roztoka, Irshavsky district, into a family of ordinary peasants. After studying, he moved to work in Zhytomyr, where I currently live.
