Description of the Artwork “Got Lost”

Automatic translation

I wondered why we are meeting with some people easy, no matter what, but with others not. And with those who "not", it is unknown why. They emerge and disappear in their abstract worlds, barely touching yours. Impossibility of feasibility. So, my lyrical art play "Finding" in four acts. The characters: August Petal of the Sunflower (Petal) - passive female expectation, Molecule - a male, who is in finding process Canvas - time Colors, Shapes - others Act One "Got lost" The Petal got lost in an unknown world, created from unknown Colors and Shapes. The Molecule lives in a comfort zone. He saw the Petal on the horizon. He decided to meet with her. ___ Ready to hang. Signed on a back.

About the artist

Hi! My name is Katya. I have been drawing since I was a little kid. Last few years I`ve been traveling a lot: Austria, Germany, Iceland, Portugal, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Poland, Estonia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Greece, France, Netherlands, Latvia, Madagascar. So all my landscapes are part of my traveling. I inspired by nature and art galleries and museums during my adventures - Claude Monet (Albertina), Gustav Klimt and Egon Schiele, Anselm Kiefer, Edvard Munch (Oslo, Bergen), Rembrandt, Vincent Van Gogh (Amsterdam), Ivan Marchuk, Pablo Picasso and so on. I use heavy texture in my paintings. It means that I use natural gifts - oat flakes, groats, dried flowers and grass, etc. I feel like I am a sculptor, not only a painter. Art is my religion. Art is my flow and freedom. My energy and my private world. Should I be another person? Should I live with my art person on a distance like with a neighborhood? Should I negotiate with art? Or leave it? Art does not tolerate cowardice and talk. It is a voluptuous and cruel step. You can not sleep or eat from it, forget about everything and everyone. And in those moments when you get well, you can find another person inside of you, feel the vibrations in the body and grasp the Universe. So are you ready to take a step and find your own healing painting? My site katyakononenkoart.com.ua
