Maria Reitgruber

Maria Reitgruber (*1995) is an artist from Vienna who works in Ruppersthal, Lower Austria. Her artistic practice explores the tension between color and form, as well as their harmonious interplay. Abstract structures emerge through a multi-layered process that oscillates between conceptual planning and spontaneous intuition. Impulsive accents of color overlay or disrupt existing surfaces - creating a dynamic dialogue between stillness and movement, control and unpredictability. Her artistic approach reflects life itself: decisions that, despite conscious planning, are shaped in the moment by intuition, emotion, and coincidence. Her works mirror the human pursuit of balance, resonance, and inner harmony.
