About the artist Geert Lemmers

Born in the Netherlands, I studied photography and photographic Art and worked as a freelancer for magazines and fashion photography before focusing on my artistic career in 2008, winning the same year the professional art-prize in my region. In all those years my work was honored so many times and since last year my artworks has been featured in an several art magazines. Geert is VISUAL ART MASTER of the Accademia Italia In Arte Nel Mondo Association Cultural.

I think that art gives us back to ourselves in a renewed state. By paying attention to art , we tap into a source within ourselves and we gain access to the imagination.

Exhibitions

It would take too long to list all the exhibitions of the past years [national and international]; this year, due to my age and some physical limitations, I've decided to stop lugging my work around and to concentrate entirely on exhibiting online.
