Valentina Balan

Artist of abstract painting and graphics. Lives and works in Togliatti. The main themes of the works are urban, architectural, abstract and plot motifs. Creates works of art to visualize architectural/cityscapes and narrative scenes in a simplified, stylized form, using exaggeratedly bright, saturated colors. Combines abstraction, stylization and recognizable forms from real life (architecture, city, various subjects). Mediums: acrylic, ink, markers, gel pens and gouache.
