Alessandro Santo Greco

My journey began when I was 17 years old in 1997, I discovered the phenomenon of writing while I was studying in high school thanks to some classmates. I chose the tag (my name) Sobre 508, and I started making sketches to develop and evolve my tag, trying to create something original to differentiate myself from the others, obviously it wasn't easy. Over time, thanks to this culture, I became more and more passionate, acquiring the codes, style and technique of aerosol art. In the 2000s until today, thanks to word of mouth and social media, I have been able to do commissioned work also through neighboring municipalities. As time passed I realized that my interest in this culture and passion for art grew more and more, and to better understand everything that surrounded me, it brought me back to school at the age of 38, despite Thanks to Panettiere's hard work I managed to attend the evening course. After graduating from high school, I decided to enroll at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, currently attending the third year of the Academy. I went from painting on the wall to the canvas always using spray paint, developing my works and academic projects, continuing to refine my technique, my style is predominantly figurative pictorial, always pushing myself further trying to evolve/modify my medium trying to find new solutions to express and transmit my art.
