Vasily Gribennikov

Vasily Gribennikov was born in 1951 in the Rostov region. From childhood, he was fond of miniature modeling from plasticine, drawing. In 1969 he entered the art and graphic department of the Kuban State University. After graduation, he worked a lot on landscapes, still life, painted sketches on the Don and in the Moscow region. Since 1980 he has taken part in art exhibitions in Russia, France and the USA. Vasily Gribennikov's painting is a striking example of the continuation of the traditions of the classical school of great masters.
