Elena Parau's 'The touch of blue roses' transcends the ordinary, venturing into the realm of mythological storytelling through pop art. At first glance, it captures the heart with its vivid portrayal of blue roses - a symbol of dreams that linger on the edge of reality, never fully attainable yet infinitely desired. The choice of blue, a color often associated with the serenity of the untouchable and the depth of self-awareness, reflects a longing for the impossible. This painting extends an invitation to dwell in a state of dreaming, where the unattainable is celebrated, not as a failure, but as a precious wish that fuels our most profound desires and aspirations.
