In a play of symbolism and abstraction, this piece explores the duality of the cat as a calm being and an instinctive creature. The composition highlights a choreography of shapes that enigmatically frame the feline's penetrating eyes, creating a visual tension that traps the viewer in a state of hypnotic surveillance.
Painting is my form of communication that allows me to isolate myself from reality in a positive way. Through painting I can express emotions and feelings that are not so easy for me to communicate in any other way. Painting a picture gives me the opportunity to bring out a large part of my most sensitive interior and show my own vision of the world.
